I’m Aaron Jiles, Founder of The Tailored Strategist and creator of the Life Alignment Framework. I support high-achieving professionals and leaders who are juggling a lot and trying to gain clarity in the middle of it all. This assessment offers a clear snapshot of where your energy and attention are being supported — and where they’re being stretched. My role is to help you understand what your results reveal, pinpoint what’s driving or draining your growth, and identify where aligned action can begin. Together, we’ll turn your insights into focused steps that bring clarity, balance, and momentum.
